Dominique factors in the characters’ neutral and assist in this list. The tier list orders S tier left to right and sees the usual suspects with Kid Buu, GT Goku, and Bardock. The interesting picks to me are Base Vegeta and Teen Gohan which may be explained by their neutral or assists as mentioned. Poor Krillin.
