Enis ‘Izaw’ Al-Maatooq is a Link player from Malmo, Sweden and considered to be one of the best Link players in Europe.
The tier list he’s put out shares a lot of the same sentiments that much of the community holds in terms of who is top tier. Most of the cast in the S tier is widely shared with Peach, Joker, Zero Suit Samus, Palutena, Pikachu, Wario, and Inkling. So no big deviations from what seems to be a large consensus on what the real tiers are.
