Warden, the knight from Ubisoft’s over the shoulder fighting game is the next DLC character for Samurai Shodown.
In For Honor lore, the Wardens are knights from the land of the Iron Legion. They are expected to be virtuous and brave warriors, but years of fighting without a purpose has left them wandering to find it. They find the purpose they seek with the warriors of the Blackstone Legion, a warring Knights faction led by the warlord Apollyon.
The play style for the Warden seems to be a a brawler type of character. He seems to be on the slower side of the roster and has some big swings for his attacks. For his special moves, he has a shoulder charge that can be combo’d into his crouching heavy slash and a 1 to 2 hit rekka slash.
You’ll be able to fight with chivalry on June 24, 2020.
