Today, the sponsors announced that they will open registration for the World Open in five days on March 2. Right now the registration page only has a countdown, but we can expect a sign-up form to appear once registration is open. They also released a full rulebook, which prospective players should read carefully in order to be prepared for the event.

The qualifiers for each preselected nation will run on the following dates:

  • Japan and the USA: March 21, March 28, April 4, April 11, April 18, April 25, May 2, May 9

    May 2
