Smash Ultimate 8.0.0 has now been released for a few weeks and the tier lists have been rolling in. The update includes the addition of Min Min from the ARMS fighting game franchise by Nintendo. So, of course, this compels people to gauge her power levels and see how the patch notes square up all the fighters in the game.
