Min Min from ARMS Joins the Smash Ultimate Roster

By on June 22, 2020

Min Min, the ARMS character representative for Smash Ultimate has finally been revealed.

Min Min is a family member of the Mintendo Noodle House. Her look is based around ramen noodle bowls. Her beanie has a ramen bowl design and her hair and right arm consists of noodles. If you look closely, you can see some narutomaki (Japanese fish cake) slices on her noodle arm.

Min Min is a long range type character with her long stretchy arms. Some very unique features for her is that she can move in many directions (even backwards and jumping) while punches are flying. Her left and right arms are set to the A and B buttons respectively and can independently attack with them at any time. This allows you to attack with both arms in a single direction or even left and right simultaneously. You can also swap out the weapon on her right arm between a ring, ball, and gun giving her a ton of versatility.

Along with the announcement of Min Min comes, of course, the new stage, Mii fighters, and music. The new stage is Spring Stadium that has some interesting features for the fight like a high jump pad and a partial ceiling that can be used for combos. There was a ton of Mii fighters revealed here in collaboration with ARMS, Splatoon, Fallout, and Tekken, And lastly, 18 tracks from ARMS will be available in the update.

Min Min will be available as challenger pack 6 on June 29, 2020 for $5.99 USD. The Mii fighters will be available as well on June 29 for $0.75 each.
