Melty Blood Type Lumina Announced for Release with Roll Back Netcode!

The latest TYPE-MOON Ace magazine in Japan announced that Melty Blood Type Lumina is in the works.

Melty Blood is a doujin manga turned fighting game that was developed by French Bread. The game was a labor of love that implemented a lot of cool mechanics like shielding and reverse beat chain combos. The games also featured some character variations with their moon system that was introdced in Actress Again.

Melty Blood Type Lumina is reported to have only a few details released so far. There will be 10+ characters (no Sion though) and will have roll back net code implemented.

The game will be available on PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch later this year in 2021.
