Deoxys (@DeoxysSucks) shares his personal Mortal Kombat 11 tier list.
Deoxys has an interesting take on his list by showing who needs buffs, nerfs, and who seems just fine. Nobody contests that Liu Kang is up top, but there’s a bit of iffiness about his placement for Cetrion and Geras with some agreement and some who don’t feel they’re quite up there.
