Capcom released the full schedule for the Capcom Pro Tour 2020.
CPT 2020 is trying a brand new structure that will split the tour into 2 halves. Competitors around the world will fight for 40 qualifying spots by earning points at the premiers, ranking events, and through “World Warrior” challenges.
The premier event locations are:
Season 1:
- Brussels Challenge – March 20-22
- The Mixup – April 18-19
- Texas Showdown – May 1-3
- Combo Breaker – TBD
- BAM – May 29-31
- CEO – June 26-28
- Game Over – July 4-5
Season 2:
- VS Fighting – August 21-23
- PPL – TBD
- Asia Premier – TBD
- East Coast Throwdown – October 2-4
- The Fight NRW – October 10-11
- SEA Major – October 16-18
- First Attack – October 24-25

CPT 2020 will also have ranking events that net less points than the premiers, but still important for competitors who want to get the extra points needed to grab qualifying spots.

- Norcal Regionals – April 10-12
- April Annihilation – April 10-12
- Armor Break – April 25
- Headstomper – May 8-10
- Taipei Major – May 15-17
- TGU 2020 – June 6-7
- Undefeated – June 13-14
- The Fight – June 27-28
2nd Season:
- Sonic Boom – July 10-12
- Never Give Up 2020 – August 15-16
- Treta Championship – September 5-7
- Celtic Throwdown – September 12-13
- The Pinnacle 2020 – September 18-20
- FV Major – September 19-20
- Cencal Standoff – September 26-27
- Thunderstruck 2020 – October 10-11
- Emirates E-Championship – October 30-31
