Dragonball FighterZ World Tour Details Revealed – $80,000 Finals Prize Pool

The Dragonball FighterZ World Tour is making a return for 2019 and 2020.

Bandai Namco will be kicking off the 9 month tournament series at Community Effort Orlando (CEO) 2019. The series will consist of 3 Saga events and multiple Tenkaichi events where players will compete to gain one of 16 spots for the World Tour Finals. Prize pool bonuses have been announced for the events and an $80,000 prize pool for the World Tour Finals.

The 3 Saga events will be held at Evolution 2019, Redbull DBFZ World Tour Spain 2019, and Redbull DBFZ World Tour Japan 2020. The 1st place winner of each Saga event will automatically secure a spot in the final tournament.

Twelve additional spots will be given to those earning points for placing top spots at Saga and Tenkaichi events. The only Tenkaichi event announced so far is CEO 2019 with a prize pool bonus of $1000.

The final 16th spot will be determined at the last chance qualifier in France, the day before the World Tour Finals.
