Hoa “Anakin” Luu is undeniably one of the best Tekken players in the world. The US Jack-7 specialist finished second in the 2019 Tekken World Tour rankings, and he has a slew of major tournament wins under his belt. So if you were looking to improve at one of the Fighting Game Community’s most beloved 3-D brawlers, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better teacher.
Luckily, Luu recently decided to put on his teaching cap and start a new instructional series on YouTube. In episode one, which you can watch in full below, he tackles the basics, including the game’s user interface, introductory offense and defense concepts, and juggling.
