The Anime Illuminati YouTube series “Arcades in Japan” got two updates over the weekend. The latest entries showcase Nagoya’s Comtech Tower and Osaka’s Arcade Nipponbashi.

Both videos feature some gorgeous shots of the games these arcades have to offer. Each video also offers a bit of information about the games on offer, and where in particular to fight the fighting games.

The “Arcades in Japan” series launched back in July with a feature on Okinawa’s (closed) Amusement Space Eagle II. Game centers in Japan have been hit especially hard by the ongoing global pandemic. Series like this shine a light on these local havens, encouraging players visiting Japan to check out local hotspots.
